Across the diaspora, giving often looks the same. A fundraiser here, a small program there, money sent home for a cousin's business or a family emergency. Each act is real and meaningful, but rarely connected to anything beyond itself. The result is enormous generosity that struggles to add up to lasting change.
The diaspora doesn't need another small, disconnected program. Hearts Agree builds that infrastructure, connecting resources, people, and programs so that giving adds up to something bigger than any one effort could achieve alone.
The resources already exist. Money is flowing home through remittances. People are giving to their villages. Initiatives and nonprofits are doing real work across Nigeria. The problem is not that these things don't exist, it is that they are not coordinated, and without coordination, impact is limited and trust is hard to build.
Hearts Agree Foundation is the connective tissue. One place that brings minds, resources, and efforts together so we know what each part is contributing, so the work compounds, and so we remember that we are one Nigeria regardless of tribe or city.
